We are seeking a passionate and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-rise apartment projects and plotted developments that align with our vision of quality and innovation. Role & responsibilities : Lead and develop architectural designs for high-rise residential buildings and plotted development layouts. Working on BPMS, Sanction Drawing and UDCPR rules. Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and other design tools. Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project development. Ensure designs meet DCR (Development Control Regulations), NBC (National Building Code), and other local building regulations specific to Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Metro region norms. Prepare and present design proposals to the internal team, management, and regulatory authorities. Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Support project approvals by preparing documentation and drawings required for permissions from local authorities. Guide and mentor junior architects and coordinate with project management teams. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 58 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate or construction firms, with hands-on exposure to high-rise and plotted projects. Strong command over AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Must have knowledge of BPMS, Sanctioned Drawing, UDCPR Rules . Thoroughknowledge of Nagpurs local DCR, NBC, zoning regulations, and environmental clearance procedures. Excellent design, visualization, and space planning capabilities. Strong project management, communication, and client interaction skills. Familiarity with green building principles (GRIHA/LEED) will be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is mandatory. Prior experience handling government approval processes (NIT/NMC/MHADA/Environment Department) is a plus. Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines. Overview The objective of the role is to lead process diagnostics and re-engineering to deliver business impact through process optimization, standardization and automation initiatives across markets including those supported by our Global Capability Centres Responsibilities This role will support End-to-end process transformation roadmaps as well as specific transformation teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities to deliver business value and enhance customer experience Initiatives will include leading Lean Six Sigma projects, process modelling, process mining diagnostics, process automations, statistical analysis, process variation study and benchmarking to enable operations teams and business stakeholders to meet their goals This role will operate as internal consultants, working with cross-functional and global teams on multiple projects The role may be required to conduct Lean Six Sigma Kaizen sessions, facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Design Thinking sessions The role will need to work closely with Hyper Automation teams and be adept in Agile and Scrum methodologies Qualifications 8-9 years of overall experience with 6-7 years of experience in CPG vertical Certified LEAN Six-Sigma Black-Belt from a leading Institute or Organization, having completed 2-3 BB projects using any of the following process Improvement methodologies - DMAIC, LEAN, BPMS, Re-engineering or Design Thinking. Or someone who is trained and tested as Six-Sigma Black Belt and has completed 2-3 BB projects using any of the methodologies mentioned above Must have experience in driving R&D projects Must be adept at problem solving using data and process analysis Must have led Value Stream Mapping workshops Exposure Low-code automations will be an added advantage Must possess strong Stakeholder Management, Program Management and Facilitation skills Exposure to Design Thinking Must be willing to take up new and complex projects / initiatives Must have conducted training sessions on LEAN, Six-Sigma, Problem Solving tools & techniques Must have experience in acting as a coach / mentor to Delivery Leaders and Managers in driving process improvement projects
