Role & responsibilities Ensure all plans conform to applicable regulations such as: Development Control Regulations (DCR) Building Byelaws National Building Code (NBC) Environmental norms (if applicable) Ensure updates and modifications to laws and regulations are incorporated into project planning. Documentation & Submissions: Prepare and submit architectural drawings and related documentation for approval. Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, and structural consultants to ensure all required documents are in place.
