As an HR Business Partner, your role will involve providing strategic support to Business Units in fulfilling their daily HR needs. You will work closely with business leaders and managers to introduce HR initiatives tailored to the business requirements and suggest HR solutions that align with the overall business objectives. Your core responsibilities will include enhancing people capability, leading change management, overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, supporting daily operations, and actively participating in process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Maximize people capability within the organization - Provide change leadership to facilitate organizational growth - Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle effectively - Support day-to-day HR operations - Proactively engage in process improvements - Collaborate with other HR Functional Leaders, OD, HRSD, and CoE teams to identify and drive changes that enhance people practices, systems, and processes - Lead project management for various HR initiatives such as management training and development, succession planning, policy review, and implementation Preferred Skills: - Domain expertise in Human Resource Management with a focus on Human Resources Please Note: The job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
