Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid) Experience : 5+ Years Key Responsibilities: Automation Strategy & Execution Develop and own the internal IT automation roadmap in alignment with company strategy. Design, develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using RPA, scripting, and workflow tools. Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of automation initiatives. Design and implement automation solutions that enable seamless data exchange between disparate systems, including cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Collaboration Mentor team members and facilitate skill development and knowledge sharing. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements. Influence and educate business units on the value and capabilities of automation. Process Automation and Workflow Management Identify, develop, and deploy automation workflows to eliminate manual, repetitive tasks such as data entry, reporting, and document generationenabling teams to focus on strategic initiatives. Build and maintain automated workflows that ensure tasks are executed in the correct sequence and routed efficiently to relevant stakeholders for approvals and actions.
