Role & responsibilities Have 4-9 years of experience in Oracle applications (Finance, FAH) - Any one or more of the mentioned functional area. Experience in banking sector. Experience of 1+ end to end Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 and/or Cloud implementations. Good understanding of key ERP concepts viz. Chart of Accounts, Organization Structure, Role Based Access Controls, MOAC, Shared Services etc. Experience in data migration mapping files and data upload to GL. Has prepared BP080s, BR100s and MD050s or similar document as per a different implementation methodology. Execute the UAT test demonstrating a clear understanding of banking sector needs and ERP EBS application capabilities. Co-ordinate and collaborate with the other functional and technical team members. Identify product gaps and highlight to vendor for appropriate solution. Perform relevant Organizational Change Management activities to ensure stakeholder alignment for better acceptance of change across finance functions. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Preferred candidate profile CA,CS,CMA, CPA or Equivalent MBA Certification in Oracle EBS is preferred
