Key Responsibilities:  Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions/industries. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge in mechanical/thermal engineering products (Boilers, Heaters, Process Heating Equipment). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), MS Office, and digital communication tools. Experience in handling international clients as well will be highly preferable. Education : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
