Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and mobile applications. Write and execute integration tests, journey-level tests, and end-to-end tests. Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures. Provides suitable solutions for issues/errors based on the understanding of the system and client business processes. Reviewing Quality Assurance reports. Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market. Responding to requests from the design team and management. Assists in test environment setup/teardown, test automation, and exploratory testing. Leads/mentors Test Engineers and shares knowledge to make sure QA staff meets technical qualifications required for their positions. Manage and maintain a regression suite (Manual and Automation cases). Readily available to acknowledge critical issues or escalations. Be involved in weekly production sanity tests. Must Have Skills: . 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and gray-box testing. Expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation tests. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Good to Have Skills: . Experience with performance testing and security testing. Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS or Azure). Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD). Contributions to open-source projects Qualification:.
