About the Role: As General Manager, you will be the face and driving force behind the resort's daily operations and long-term vision. From ensuring flawless guest experiences to maintaining the highest standards in service and discretion, this is a rare opportunity to make your mark in the property. Job Summary: Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to ownership. Verifies implementation of service strategy and Initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, increased profit and market share. Holds property leadership team accountable for strategy execution, and guides their individual professional development. The position verifies that sales engines are leveraged and initiates independent and proactive sales activities, when appropriate, to generate demand. Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results. The position is actively involved in the local community and builds strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers. Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Catering, or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major. Ex-Army Personnel may also apply Hotel Operations or club Operations may apply. Experience: Seeking 12-15years of hospitality experience & also in operations, sales & marketing, or finance & accounting. Preference given to candidates with prior experience at luxury resorts, elite clubs, or boutique properties. Must have demonstrated leadership in a senior operational or managerial role. Preferred: General Manager Experience in a luxury club or in full service hotel. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights. Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
