Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring our mission and brand story to life through visually engaging designs across social media, packaging, print, and digital platforms. Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will serve as the voice of Bounty Box across our support channels—chat, phone, and email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s values of care, freshness, and community. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with order placements, delivery updates, subscription changes, refunds, and general inquiries . Record and track customer feedback to help improve our products and service experience. Collaborate with the operations and logistics team to resolve delivery or order issues efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up. Identify recurring issues and provide input to improve internal processes and FAQs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) through quality interactions and prompt resolutions. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles , preferably in e-commerce or food delivery. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in using CRM systems, chat platforms, and email tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar). Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic listener with a problem-solving mindset. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed during peak periods. Preferred Skills Familiarity with delivery or subscription-based business models.
