Our new vertical, Founder Central by Boundspec , is a verified network for founders to connect, share ideas, explore acquisition opportunities, invest, and collaborate on operational infrastructure. We are neither an incubator nor an accelerator, our purpose is to enable founders to discover and pursue better business opportunities. Role Description This is a contractual , remote position for a Growth Specialist at Founder Central by Boundspec . The role focuses on executing growth strategies and initiatives to expand Founder Centrals reach and impact. Key responsibilities include onboarding qualified founders, driving venture growth, maintaining an active and engaging social media presence, and overseeing activities related to network management and engagement. Qualifications Strong interest in growth, marketing, and operational strategy Ability to manage communities and ideate on improving internal process ops Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media, and basic analytics Ability to contribute ideas and support the implementation of growth initiatives Good communication and collaboration skills Interest in the technology and startup ecosystem is a plus Ideally a current college student pursuing an undergrad degree Note: This is currently an unpaid internship with the potential to transition into a paid position based on performance and organizational needs which will be evaluated upon 2 months of commencement of the role.
