We are hiring a hands-on Performance Media Buyer to run Search arbitrage campaigns end-to-end from setup to scale in a hybrid India-based role. Role & Responsibilities Build, launch and manage high-volume Google Display campaigns focused on search arbitrage—structure accounts, ad groups, keywords and match types for efficient scaling. Optimize bids, budgets and automated rules to hit CPA/ROAS targets while maintaining strict pace and spend controls. Design and execute rigorous A/B tests for creatives, landing pages and funnel flows; analyze results and iterate to improve conversion metrics. Implement and maintain accurate tracking (UTMs, server-side / pixel strategies, GA4) and validate conversion attribution across platforms. Monitor traffic quality and take proactive measures against invalid/fraudulent traffic; work with partners to minimize waste and maintain compliance. Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights for ops and finance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale winning strategies.
