Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Operate PET bottle blowing machines (automatic/semi-automatic) for beverage packaging. Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency. Conduct routine checks on preforms, bottles, and finished products to meet quality standards. Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs of blowing machines. Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate technical problems to maintenance team. Ensure proper handling of raw materials (preforms, caps, etc.) and minimize wastage. Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and 5S standards. Work closely with quality and production teams to achieve daily production targets. Preferred candidate profile Hands-on experience with PET bottle blowing machines (e.g., Sidel, Krones, ASB, etc.). Basic mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and in shifts. Good observation and problem-solving skills. Teamwork and communication abilities.
