About the Role We are looking for an experienced RPA Managed Services Lead (UiPath) to lead and manage automation support operations. This role focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing deployed bots while delivering proactive client support with strong turnaround times (TATs). The ideal candidate will bring a solid UiPath technical background, strong operational discipline, and proven client-facing experience. You will ensure automations run seamlessly, support requests are handled promptly, and performance is continuously optimized to maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Monitoring: Oversee daily bot runs, monitor queues, and ensure smooth automation performance. Incident & Ticket Management: Handle client support tickets with urgency, ensuring SLA compliance and high client satisfaction. Client Engagement: Develop a strong understanding of client processes, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Bot Optimization: Continuously enhance bot efficiency, resource utilization, and license management. Infrastructure Awareness: Understand UiPath deployment architecture, including orchestrator, VM allocations, and license governance. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the managed services support team, maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness. Performance Reporting: Deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting opportunities for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues, recommend enhancements, and collaborate with solution teams to improve stability and scalability. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of RPA experience , with at least 3+ years in UiPath-focused support or managed services roles . Proven experience in managing RPA support operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. Strong client-facing experience with SLA management and proactive support delivery. Technical Skills In-depth expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, queues, unattended bots, and scheduling. Strong understanding of UiPath infrastructure (VM allocations, orchestrator architecture, license utilization). Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and best practices for bot stability. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and third-party integrations (preferred). Hands-on experience in maintaining enterprise-scale RPA environments. Leadership & Soft Skills Client-focused with a proactive, service-first approach. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Experience mentoring and guiding support analysts to achieve high performance. Strong organizational, reporting, and analytical skills with attention to detail. Why Join Us?
