Bot Developer

As a Bot/Agentforce Developer with 5+ years of experience based in Hyderabad onsite, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent conversational experiences using Salesforce Einstein Bots and Agentforce. You will be responsible for building scalable and efficient bot workflows, integrating with Salesforce data and services, and ensuring high-quality user experiences across digital channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement Einstein Bots to automate customer interactions across Salesforce Service Cloud. - Develop and maintain Agentforce components to enhance agent productivity and streamline workflows. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into bot flows and agent interface enhancements. - Integrate bots with Salesforce data models, Apex classes, and external APIs. - Configure and customize Salesforce Lightning components (Aura, LWC) to support bot and agent functionality. - Monitor bot performance, user engagement, and continuously optimize for better outcomes. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across bot interactions. - Create and maintain documentation including flowcharts, bot scripts, integration diagrams, and technical specifications. - Work closely with QA teams to design and execute test cases for bot and agent features. - Provide support and troubleshooting for bot-related issues and enhancements. **Qualifications Required:** - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein Bots and Agentforce. - Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Aura Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data models (Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Custom Objects). - Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel and Live Agent. - Ability to manage user access, roles, and permissions within Salesforce. - Familiarity with bot analytics, NLP tuning, and conversational design principles. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. - Experience with data integration, API development, and third-party service integration.,
