We are seeking a skilled Kore.ai Developer with 25 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy intelligent virtual assistants (IVAs) and chatbots using the Kore.ai platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building conversational flows, integrating APIs, and applying NLP techniques to deliver seamless and effective user interactions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop conversational bots using the Kore.ai Bot Builder platform. Implement NLP/NLU models , dialog flows, and custom scripting. Integrate bots with third-party services via REST APIs , webhooks, and databases. Create and manage bot tasks, nodes, and dialogs , including event handling and scripting. Perform unit testing, UAT, and deploy bots in development and production environments. Troubleshoot and optimize bots for performance, accuracy, and user experience. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions. Create and maintain technical documentation related to bot development and deployment. Stay updated on the latest Kore.ai features, tools, and best practices. Required Skills: 2–5 years of experience in Conversational AI or bot development . Strong proficiency with the Kore.ai platform (Bot Builder, NLP Console, Dialog Tasks, etc.). Good knowledge of JavaScript , Node.js , or equivalent scripting languages used within the Kore.ai environment. Experience working with APIs , JSON, and data integrations. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts , especially related to intent classification and entity extraction. Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Understanding of version control systems like Git. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Kore.ai Platform Certification (Developer or Advanced Developer) Exposure to RPA tools , CRM integrations , or voice bots is an added advantage. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
