Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Vytilla, Kochi. In this role, you will connect with prospective nurses and nursing students (B.Sc Nursing or GNM) and guide them through our 29-week German Language Program, paving the way for international career placements in Germany. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with prospective nurses and nursing students. Promote our career-enhancing German Language Program. Guide candidates through the enrollment process and support them on their journey to international placements. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment goals. Qualifications Background in recruitment, sales, education, or healthcare preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for career development and global healthcare opportunities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
