Job Title: Assistant General Manager- International Marketing -BOPP Industry : FIBC Location : Remote As the AGM- International Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's global sales growth and increasing market share of BOPP Woven Bags and Flexible Laminates. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, managing international customer relationships, and leading a team of sales and marketing professionals. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the packaging industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing Strategy Development: - Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and drive revenue growth. - Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for new product development and market differentiation. - Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. - Develop and run Digital Marketing campaigns and regular marketing content. International Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target international markets, establishing relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. - Evaluate potential partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities to support market expansion. - Lead negotiations for major contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. - Minimum 5 corporate customers to developed annually. A corporate customer means is defined as a customer giving a minimum annual business of 75 lakhs and above. Team Leadership and Management: - Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. - Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and results. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales and marketing department Key Account Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international customers, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. - Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancements and customer-centric solutions Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting: - Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate actions. - Utilize data-driven insights to develop and implement sales strategies, optimize pricing structures, and enhance sales effectiveness. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on sales performance, market trends, and key initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: - Master degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - Extensive experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the packaging. - Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence on a global scale. - Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with customers, partners, and stakeholders. - Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify trends, and capitalize on market opportunities. - Proficiency in using CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies. - Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
