As the primary liaison between the design team, product managers, and the Bill of Process (BOP) development team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment in all aspects of product development. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring the assembly of trial pieces to ensure prototypes meet specifications, validating new products through rigorous testing in the R&D Lab, and coordinating with plant heads and production teams for the smooth transition of new products to mass production. You will actively work to eliminate communication gaps between departments, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements to existing procedures to maximize production efficiency. Your role will involve evaluating production processes, streamlining operations, reducing costs, and improving product quality. Additionally, you will oversee the validation of new products, collaborate with the R&D team to address issues during the validation phase, and ensure readiness for new product introduction. Providing regular updates to senior management, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and preparing detailed reports on process improvements will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of competencies and skills, proficiency in Plastic Moulding Technology, Mould Making Technology, SS Sheet Metal components, and BOP Developments like Rubber parts, Pins, Metal parts, and springs will be essential. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering with a minimum of 14 years of experience in the field.,
