Job Title: Golang Lead/ Developer Job Description: We are in search of an experienced Golang Lead Developer to guide and grow our Golang development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Golang programming, including a deep understanding of API development, microservices, and Go frameworks such as GIN, GorillaMux, and Gorm. As a lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient Go applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Golang developers, providing guidance and mentorship. Design, develop, and implement high-quality Go applications and services. Oversee the development of robust and scalable microservices. Architect and implement efficient and reusable APIs. Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure optimal data management. Drive the adoption and implementation of Go frameworks like GIN, GorillaMux, and Gorm. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and set technical directions. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software development. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software solutions. Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Go programming and technology. Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is beneficial. Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. Experience in agile methodologies and a mastery of version control tools, such as Git.
