As a Web Designer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the user-friendliness and intuitiveness of our product for our customers. You will be required to have a deep understanding of the product specifications and user psychology in order to create a seamless user experience. Conducting concept and usability testing will be a crucial part of your role, along with developing wireframes and prototypes tailored to customer needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining visual elements, product elements, and overall design of the product. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in web designing. Proficiency in web markup languages such as HTML5, CSS3, Boot Strape, client-side scripting, and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery is essential. You should also have a strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and be adept at finding solutions to overcome them. Familiarity with code versioning tools like GIT and SVN will be advantageous. Additionally, the ability to design and develop applications that support mobile platforms is required. Optional skills that would be beneficial for this role include the ability to communicate effectively in English. This position is based in Surat, and the working hours are from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm from Monday to Saturday, with every alternate Saturday being a half day.
