Job Description Key responsibilities, specific tasks, projects/areas of focus As a system expert ... - You deliver and maintain the system software configuration (boot sequence, cgroups, namespaces, containers). - You debug transversal software pathologies related to performance, stability and resource usage. - You monitor system resources (i.e. RAM, CPU, ...) and budget those - You perform code reviews and propose improvements so that SW design complies with architecture and performance KPIs. - You develop proof-of-concepts in order to consolidate architecture decisions. - You implement dedicated tools to support above activities. Qualifications, Experience and Skills Basic requirements and Education - Deep architectural understanding of Linux- and Android-based embedded systems - Strong hands-on knowledge of software analysis, debugging, tracing tools - Proven experience in performance optimization using Perfetto and SimplePerf - Hands-on expertise in CPU, GPU and Memory configuration methods - Strong experience in leading large, distributed software development teams - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Passion for analyzing and resolving complex problems - Business fluent English - University degree in computer science or a comparable field of study, with a Linux & Android focus
