The ideal candidate for this role should possess extensive experience with Kronos/UKG Applications, demonstrating a deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of the Kronos/UKG Application Suite. This includes proficiency in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, Scheduling, and functional knowledge of Boomi Integrations and Cross Reference Tables. As a valuable member of the Project team, you will be responsible for owning and leading assigned tasks, escalating promptly for assistance when necessary. Your role will involve supporting implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions that align with the HR Services Operational Model. Your primary focus will be on the continuous delivery of UKG Product solutions and enhancing the employee experience. Your commitment to delivering operational excellence and project success, coupled with a deep understanding of UKG modules, will contribute to internal customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of UKG Operations, Enhancements, and Projects as a UKG Configurations expert and serve as the voice of the customer/HRS team. - Ensure the UKG system effectively supports business operations by following best practices in Design Decisions and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. - Gather and document requirements, prepare design documents, and provide support in testing technical solutions as needed. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to UKG applications and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues or opportunities for improvement within the UKG system. - Develop and maintain training materials and resources for users, and mentor junior team members on UKG applications and processes. - Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of new features and updates. - Work with vendors and third-party providers to ensure timely resolution of system-related issues. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the use and optimization of the UKG system. - Establish strong relationships and governance across teams and vendors. Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR Functional experience in IT transformation projects within global large-scale organizations. - Proven experience in managing complex stakeholders and workshops. - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to deliver messages concisely. - Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc., and exceptional presentation skills.
