Job Title: Senior Manager Sales & Marketing Experience: Minimum 10 Years Location: Agra Industry: Must be from Publishing Industry Only About the Role: Oswaal Books is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its sales and marketing initiatives . The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the publishing sector , with a strong background in field sales, distributor/channel management, and offline promotions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase book sales. Manage and expand distributor and retail networks across India. Coordinate with sales teams for ground-level campaigns, book fairs, and school/college tie-ups . Drive sales targets through on-ground activation , partnerships, and outreach. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest actionable insights. Lead regional sales reps and ensure consistent field-level execution. Plan and oversee bookstore visibility, branding activities , and regional promotional events. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing in a publishing company . Strong network with schools, bookstores, distributors, and educational institutions . Excellent leadership and field management skills. Willing to travel extensively across regions.
