Bookkeeper and Accountant (International)

As a skilled Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of experience, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing financial records using Tally and QuickBooks software. Your key duties will include preparing and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and monitoring accounting data to produce financial reports. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting. You will also play a crucial role in providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, assisting in internal and external audits, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all financial transactions. It is essential for you to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards to excel in this role. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with proven expertise in Tally and QuickBooks software. Proficiency in Google Excel/Spreadsheets, including advanced functions, data analysis, and pivot tables, is a must. A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role. You should also exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with experience in tax filings and financial audits. Preferred skills for this role include familiarity with ERP systems and certification such as CPA or CA.
