Synopsis We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and QA teams to build robust test automation frameworks and deliver high-quality products. A Day in your life Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright. Design, implement, and manage scalable test automation frameworks. Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, smoke, and API testing. Create, update, and maintain detailed and structured test documentation (test plans, test cases, test results). Analyze test results, log and track defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing through automated suites for both web and mobile platforms. Perform API automation using tools like Rest Assured or JMeter. Skills in the spotlight Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in automation testing with tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright. Strong experience in API automation (Rest Assured, JMeter, or similar). Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#). Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
