We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer or Development Agency to assist us in the creation of the Tocco app. Tocco is a premium companion experience startup that aims to facilitate meaningful lunch sessions by connecting individuals with friendly Mates. Our goal is to develop a mobile-first platform that simplifies human connections, making them accessible and uplifting. The key features of the Tocco app will include the ability for clients to browse Mate profiles with different tiers and interests, book sessions at cafes with options for time and location selection, and receive instant confirmations and reminders. Mates will have functionalities such as managing their profiles with bio, interests, and availability, as well as receiving booking notifications and accessing an earnings dashboard. On the admin side, responsibilities will include approving and managing Mate profiles, as well as managing partner cafes. We prefer using Flutter or React Native for cross-platform development on iOS and Android. Additionally, a strong backend experience with technologies like Node.js, Firebase, or AWS is preferred. We value a UI/UX mindset that prioritizes a clean, minimal, and premium aesthetic. The ideal candidate should have experience in building marketplace or booking platforms, the ability to deliver a lean MVP within 8-12 weeks, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be open to long-term collaboration for future updates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end travel coordination, ensuring cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with company policies, thereby providing seamless travel support to our workforce. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa processing for both domestic and international travel. Book and manage travel itineraries ensuring alignment with company travel policies and budget guidelines. Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to secure the best rates and services. Provide timely and accurate travel information and assistance to employees before, during, and after their trips. Process travel requests , obtain necessary approvals, and manage expense reconciliation related to travel. Maintain comprehensive records of all travel bookings, expenditures, and employee travel profiles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders globally. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
