Booking Executive (Female)

Experience Required:Minimum 2 years in Group Bookings / MICE (International Travel).Job Summary:We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic female Group Booking Executive with at least 2 years of experience in handling international group bookings for corporate clients under the MICE segment (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). The candidate must have good communication skills and the ability to manage travel logistics and client coordination effectively.Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate international group bookings for corporate clients including flights, hotels, visas, and transportation.

· Support planning and execution of MICE travel events – meetings, incentive trips, conferences, exhibitions.

· Handle client queries and provide customized travel solutions based on corporate needs and budgets.

· Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

· Prepare travel proposals, cost estimates, itineraries, and travel documents.

· Work with airlines, and hotels to get best rates and ensure smooth service.

· Maintain proper booking records and client documentation.

Key Skills:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking ability.

· Basic knowledge of international destinations and travel processes.

Qualifications:

· Any Degree.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in group bookings/MICE (international focus).
