As a liaison between customers and technicians, your primary responsibilities will include conducting basic assessments of vehicles such as damage and collision impact assessments. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding and implementation of manufacturers" and dealerships" policies on car service, including job turnaround time, recommendations, warranty and insurance guidelines, repair and maintenance details, oil changes, spare part information, costs, prices, and timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking appointments, managing inventory, conducting inspections, and issuing invoices. Collaboration with the spare parts department and other relevant sources to procure necessary parts and materials will be part of your daily tasks. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of all technical documents related to cars to provide accurate recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. You will also be required to effectively communicate with customers, explaining the necessary services, work completed, expected duration, and associated costs. Strong comprehension and communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to think quickly and adapt to customers" requirements. This is a full-time position, offering benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and performance bonuses.
