The digital asset market can be intricate and disjointed, lacking products and services that align with conventional financial markets. FalconX serves as a comprehensive solution for all digital asset strategies, enabling clients to navigate the evolving cryptocurrency landscape seamlessly. As a part of FalconX, you will lead interactions with large institutional clients, facilitating high-touch spot & options trading. Your role will involve actively sales-trading to identify and create opportunities for client matches. Additionally, you will support the markets team in strategic initiatives, such as expanding bottomline potential through GTM. Scout for liquidity from various sources and ensure best execution for clients. Engage cross-functionally to gain a comprehensive understanding of the OTC business. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to trading desk activities, proposing and implementing process improvements, performing analytics on business data, and participating in key business projects emerging from Asia. To excel in this role, you should have 2-7 years of professional trading experience, with a preference for cryptocurrency trading experience and running a book. Crafting a captivating narrative, both written and verbally, is essential. High attention to detail, ability to make sound judgments under pressure, numerical inclination, and proficiency with spreadsheet applications are crucial.
