As a dedicated Sales Representative for the territory encompassing Bahadurgarh, Sonepat, and Rohtak, your primary responsibilities will include meeting with doctors and paramedical staff to effectively communicate and detail the company's products. You will be instrumental in implementing promotion strategies to drive sales within the region. Regularly conducting territory market audits with distributors, hospitals, and retailers will be crucial to evaluate the potential market and stay informed about competitors" activities. Any promotional activities must be planned and executed with appropriate approvals from superiors. Your key performance indicators will revolve around achieving sales targets set by the company. It will be your responsibility to secure orders to ensure the availability of products at hospitals, distributors, and retailers. Adherence to the company's working hour norms, hospital and distributor visit schedules, as well as the frequency and pattern of work, is essential. To contribute significantly to the growth of the company's sales and market share, you will be required to focus on the following strategies: - Thoroughly detailing the product(s) to doctors and paramedical staff - Maintaining regular meetings with distributors - Providing comprehensive hospital/distributor data to company authorities - Ensuring proper coverage of the designated area specified by the company This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, a day shift schedule, performance bonuses, and quarterly incentives. Roles and responsibility: Book orders to customers for Valves, Gas Isolators and Dampers as applicable. 1. Achieve the annual targets for order booking evolving winning marketing strategies. 2. Book orders on terms as per the requirements of Company. 3. Regular visits and interactions with all customers to respond to their needs. 4. Prepare estimates and make offers in a timely fashion based on customers requirements. 5. Generate enquiries for the products marked by us. 6. Obtain marketing intelligence about relevant projects and assess the potential for our products. 7. Develop new customers and introduce our products and services to them. Job Requirements. 1. Must have minimum 8 years post qualification experience in Industrial Marketing selling engineered products with project execution. 2. Preferably worked in power, Water or oil & Gas sectors, EPC customers. Age>35 yrs. 3. Able to travel all over India for 20 days/Month. 4. Very good oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Hindi and local languages are a benefit. 5. Possess good presentation skills and ability to develop relationships with customers. Good negotiation skills and attention to all aspects of an order including technical and commercial details.
