Book My Tale is a premium personalized storybook brand that brings real-life stories to life for children and families across Asia. We're on a mission to blend creativity, AI, and storytelling to create beautiful keepsake books and content that spark joy and connection. We're looking for a Creative Design Intern who’s curious, creative, and excited to work at the intersection of design and AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva and ChatGPT. This is a hands-on role working directly with our founder, illustrator, and tech team. This is a paid internship role for a minimum duration of 3 months, with the possibility to extend, and convert to a contract or full-time position. What You'll Do Assist our illustrator in refining and upscaling visuals using tools like Midjourney , Photoshop , ChatGPT , etc. Help maintain visual consistency across pages and storybooks Support page layout and design for storybooks Generate reference images and prompts for illustration using AI tools Create engaging visual content for social media, website, and ads (static + motion preferred) Bonus: If you can work on simple video content , that’s a big plus! Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and/or similar design tools Comfortable using Midjourney , ChatGPT , and other AI art/prompt tools Bonus if you have experience with video tools like Premiere Pro, or Canva video Basic understanding of visual storytelling and layout design Who You Are A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment A creative thinker with an eye for detail and design Genuinely interested in children’s content , storytelling, and digital creativity Open to feedback, loves experimenting, and enjoys learning on the go How to Apply Send your portfolio (or samples of past work) and a quick note on why you're interested to hello@bookmytale.com We’re excited to work with someone who’s passionate about using creativity and tech to tell meaningful stories.
