As a Designer in our team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling books that cater to the specific target audience and accurately reflect the content's essence. You will work closely with authors, editors, and other teams to ensure a unified vision for each publication project. Your role will involve generating various design iterations of editorial layouts to improve readability, comprehension, and overall aesthetics. It is essential for you to have a strong foundation in typography, color theory, and visual product identity. Collaborative brainstorming sessions will be part of your routine to develop innovative design concepts. Efficiently managing multiple design projects while meeting strict timelines and maintaining high design quality standards will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually appealing books that resonate with the target audience and embody the content's essence - Collaborate with authors, editors, and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and visions - Create different design variations of editorial layouts to enhance readability and aesthetics - Utilize strong skills in typography, color theory, and visual product identity - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative design concepts - Efficiently manage multiple design projects and adhere to project timelines Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer specializing in editorial projects, print media, or Print Production Artist roles - Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop skills are a plus) - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Print Design, Communication Design, or related field - Strong skill set in editorial design, visual design, and information design - Ability to visually translate complex topics through design research and layouts - Creative flair, originality, visual aesthetic sense, and strong research skills Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, with a morning shift schedule. The work location is in-person, and the application deadline is on 16/03/2025.
