Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software. Transaction Processing: Recording and processing various financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Financial Reporting: Generating financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders. Tally Support: Providing support to other team members and stakeholders on Tally-related issues. Auditing: Assisting with periodic audits and preparing for external audits. Inventory Management: Managing inventory records and transactions within Tally. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. Data Entry: Accurately entering and updating data in Tally. System Implementation: Assisting with the implementation of new Tally systems and upgrades. Training: Providing training to users on Tally functionalities. Customer Support: Resolving customer queries and issues related to Tally. Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth financial operations.
