We are looking for Design professionals with Hood/Bonnet and fender Design & Development experience. Ideal candidate should have experince in Experience in Hood/Bonnet and fender Design & Development at Automobile OEM around 4to 15 years of experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Body-in-White (BIW), Door Trim and Vehicle Integration to ensure hood latch systems, gas struts, and active hood mechanisms compatibility and performance. Ensure compliance with pedestrian protection regulations and front crash safety standards . Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards for water tightness, air leakage, dust ingress, and NVH Strong knowledge of tooling feasibility, material selection (steel, aluminum, composites), and manufacturing processes . Candidate should be experienced in Catia and PLM softwares like Team center. Sound knowledge of engineering and system documents like DFMEA, DVP, DFA etc. Good technical knowledge of automotive Sheet metal parts, manufacturing and assembly -process. Should be able to prepare & deliver presentations of the concepts/master section. Should be able to do tolerance stack up & GD&T added advantage. Hand on experience in Part development/supplier interaction added advantage.
