As an experienced BPM Developer, your main responsibilities will involve designing and implementing BPM workflows using Bonitasoft and Camunda based on BPMN 2.0, DMN, and CMMN standards. You will be tasked with developing and integrating BPM solutions with various enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs. Moreover, you will configure business rules, user tasks, service tasks, and connectors within BPM platforms. Your role will also include building and integrating REST/SOAP APIs for seamless system interactions and optimizing BPM workflows for scalability, reliability, and high performance. Collaboration is a key aspect of this position as you will closely work with architects, product owners, and business analysts to understand automation needs and implement effective solutions. Additionally, you will participate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of BPM solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments. It is essential to maintain technical documentation and adhere to best practices in BPM development and deployment. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in BPM development with a strong focus on Bonitasoft and Camunda. Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and workflow automation is required, along with strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, Groovy, or Python. Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP APIs, and microservices architecture is essential, as well as familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for BPM deployments is also necessary, along with experience in authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, LDAP) and message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ. Preferred qualifications include experience with BPM platform migrations, exposure to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI-driven automation, knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms for BPM, and Camunda or Bonitasoft certification. Your strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in BPM applications will be valuable assets in this role.,
