Handling all documentation activities related to Shipping Lines, Bonded warehousing, Filing of documents with Port Customs 7. obtaining Let Export Order/Out of Charge documents etc. 8. Ensuring timely delivery to customer by planning requirement of vehicles, arranging vehicle, loading of vehicles and co-ordinating with customer and transporters. 9. Ensure timely Processing of different types of bonds related to movement of Railway rake to Nepal & CONCOR rake movement with 3rd country Export & Import Any other responsibilities assigned time to time.
