We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 11 years of experience in the bond market or credit to drive our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and syndication, with excellent relationships with investors and customers. Roles and Responsibility Maintain and acquire new relationships with various capital market investors, including mutual funds, insurance companies, NBFCs, financial institutions, AIFs, and FPIs. Develop and maintain relationships with other syndication/DCM desks to stay updated on market information. Build and manage relationships with corporate clients for business development and monitoring. Select and structure opportunities for book and syndications, liaising with internal stakeholders like origination, credit, legal, and operations during the underwriting process. Participate in client negotiations to make proposals saleable during the syndication process and ensure correct structuring of proposals to provide innovative solutions while maintaining creditworthiness and legal correctness. Analyze detailed credit due diligence, prepare Investment Memorandums, financial models, and represent cases in various approval committees of investors. Job Minimum 6 years of experience in sales and syndication, preferably in the bond market or credit. Strong knowledge of credit selection and structuring, as well as live deal management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to build strong relationships with investors and customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze complex credit data and develop creative solutions. Experience in maximizing fee income and managing end-to-end deals is essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare pitch books, capital structure analysis, information memorandum, loan and bonds term sheets & case studies, issuer maturity profiles, covenant analysis, credit memos, sales memos and road show presentations Prepare DCM market updates / newsletters including commentary, trading levels, recent issuances update, major economic events, Covenant / Debt headroom analysis creating various issuer / target related analyses including market analyses, company profiles, credit highlights, balance sheet analyses, credit ratings assessment, and competitive benchmarking Helping the client in preparing and collating Investor Profiles for road show schedules Bond market, Leverage Finance or Loan Syndication experience supporting an Investment Bank (mandatory) is required Key Competencies Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.) 2-4 years of experience in the Investment banking space Well versed with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power Point Ability to handle pressure of working in fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Fixed Income Dealing Responsible for dealing in various fixed income instruments like G-Sec, SDL, Corporate Bonds, CP/CDs etc. Execute orders in compliance with both internal and external (regulatory) requirements in a timely and accurate manner and executed at best possible prices Ensure smooth settlement of executed orders Co-ordinate with different parties (internal and external) to achieve desirable results including settlement of orders Track domestic and global flows in debt market and share/discuss the analysis of the same with the team regularly Send key government / corporate bond trade details to the team regularly Use recorded telephone/dealing lines for confirming/executing deals Ensure cash availability and sale-ability of stock before executing the deal Tracking of debt market Track new ideas (short term trading opportunities / core holding) and discussing the same on regular basis with FI team Alert FI team on important events, developments that impact fund performance Conduct regular analysis of primary auctions/OMO and give feedback to the team Maintain weekly tracker for rates, small saving rates, debt mutual funds flows, liquidity in the system Contribution to Fund Performance Contribution to fixed income fund performance by way of: Generation of trade ideas Good trade execution Primary and secondary debt deals database & department MIS Maintain database of domestic and external bonds trades data, spread, OIS levels, yield curve Highlight weekly primary issuance in the market, spread movements Share MIS of key portfolio, products, AOP estimate, profit & loss data Other department level contribution Contribute in regular administrative/ procedural/ housekeeping work as required Assistance on sales / marketing related presentations Assistance on preparing documentation of broker management, handling audit queries, regulatory related queries etc
