Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative, observant, and emotionally intelligent Social Media Marketer who can turn real-life moments of parenting, play, and behind-the-scenes magic into engaging daily Instagram stories. This is not a reels-editing or only-poster job – it’s a daily engagement-driven role. You will work closely with the brand owners (who are also parents) and bring alive their everyday experiences with toys and children through aesthetically appealing, heartwarming stories and posts. Key Responsibilities: Create daily Instagram stories that feel authentic, fun, relatable, and rooted in the real-life parenting journey of the founders. Capture and repurpose real-life content (photos, videos, voice notes, quotes) into engaging and aesthetic story content. Ideate and execute interactive formats – polls, Q&As, product use showcases, customer shout-outs, etc. Collaborate with the design and content team for weekly planning while also being flexible for real-time updates. Be the pulse of the parenting community on social media – track trends and engagement patterns relevant to moms and early childhood. Monitor engagement, DMs, and comments and help build authentic community interactions. You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 1-3 years of experience in social media content or storytelling. Are a natural observer and storyteller, especially with a love for kids, parenting, or early education. Are hands-on with Instagram, Canva, and basic mobile editing tools. Can work on-site and closely with the founders to capture content and keep the brand tone consistent. Have a strong aesthetic sense and understand subtle, soft, and meaningful content (not just loud and trendy). Are organized and know how to balance spontaneous stories with planned content. Bonus Points If You: Are a parent yourself or have experience in a child-focused brand. Have experience working with D2C or lifestyle brands.
