Provide statistical reports on inventory transactions using CMMS (Computerized Material Management System). Spare Parts Data Package Review (SPDP): Analyze spare parts lists (SPILs), Bill of Materials (BOMs), and SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeability Record) and vendor documentation. Verify part descriptions, material specifications, and manufacturer details. Ensure correct categorization and classification of spare parts (MRO, consumables, critical spares, etc.). Identify duplicate, obsolete, or missing spare parts data and recommend corrective actions. Required Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 14224 (Asset & Maintenance Data Collection for Reliability). ISO 9001 (Quality Management System - QMS). ASTM standards or industry-specific maintenance guidelines.
