Currently, Vishay India is looking for a Product Compliance Officer to oversee all compliance and directive-related matters concerning product inquiries such as REACH, ROHS, IMDS, CDX, and BOM CHECK. This role will be responsible for managing customer environmental compliance requests, coordinating with various divisions within the company, maintaining records of inquiries, acting as the primary point of contact for customer requests, and ensuring that Vishay maintains online credentials on customer websites. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and assess customer environmental compliance requests related to Vishay's product portfolio. - Coordinate and distribute customer queries to relevant divisions. - Maintain a comprehensive record of all compliance-related requests and queries. - Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and requests. - Manage Vishay's online credentials on customer websites. - Provide regular updates and communication within the organization. - Handle all compliance and directive-related product inquiries including REACH, ROHS, IMDS, CDX, and BOM CHECK. - Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing Product Compliance requirements. - Possess strong technical knowledge and excellent written/verbal communication skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or M.Sc. in Environmental Science. - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product compliance. - Excellent coordination and communication abilities. - Proficiency in electronic components. - Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work well under pressure. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
