We work with corporates, co-working spaces, hotels, real estate firms, events, gifting companies and more — creating branded desserts, gourmet gifting experiences, and customised snack solutions. We are now expanding our B2B vertical , and we’re looking for someone who loves building relationships, talking to people, and closing deals — with style. Role Overview As a Corporate Outreach Specialist , you’ll be responsible for building our B2B client base, establishing corporate partnerships, creating gifting pipelines, and driving long-term revenue relationships. This role is perfect for someone who: Enjoys meeting new people Understands branding and presentation Has strong communication skills Loves taking ownership of outcomes Wants to grow fast with a young, creative company Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential corporate and institutional clients Develop and maintain a lead pipeline using LinkedIn, email, events & networking Pitch our food branding, gifting & private-label offerings Conduct product sampling sessions, presentations & demos at client offices Build strong relationships for repeat gifting/business cycles (festivals, onboarding, events, celebrations) Work closely with the founder to develop pricing, proposals & closing strategies Maintain CRM and reporting dashboards Requirements 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Corporate Outreach / BD (Freshers welcome if confident + articulate) Excellent communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi) Comfortable with on-ground meetings and travel within NCR Organized, proactive, and high-energy personality Bonus if you have experience in F&B, gifting, hospitality, events, lifestyle brands What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Work directly with the founding team A creative, high-ownership environment Exposure to brand-building, product development & client experience design The chance to build a category-defining brand from the ground up
