Experience and Qualification: Candidates should be graduate in Mechanical / Chemical / Production Engineering from reputed institutes with minimum 5 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess extensive technical expertise and proficiency in managing Fired Equipments like Boilers, Furnaces, Incinerators, Reformers, Flares, etc. particularly in autonomous mode. Preference will be given to candidates with prior work experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, or Chemical Plants, specifically in an EPC environment. Preferred candidate profile Demonstrate proficiency in executing engineering activities related to Fired Equipments, ensuring adherence to project schedules and allocated manhours. Effectively coordinate interdisciplinary teams within the project, with a primary responsibility for the preparation and verification of diverse project documents. This includes supply specifications, mechanical specifications, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, vendor documentation, and erection work requisitions. Actively participate in key project meetings, including kick-off meetings with vendors, 3D model reviews, HAZOP sessions, SIL reviews, and other relevant discussions. Possess a robust understanding of International and National design codes and standards pertinent to the field. Support Inspection and Construction departments as required.

Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences to expand the company’s reach. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering + MBA (preferred) Experience: 5-10 years in turnkey project sales, industrial plant sales, or EPC project handling Industry Knowledge: Expertise in process plants, biogas, ethanol, ZLD, and industrial solutions Sales Expertise: Strong background in technical sales, contract negotiation, and project execution Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with top-level clients Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
