Job Description

Require a Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 5 years experience in Utility O&M like Boiler, Air Compressor, Chiller.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of Utility Operators & Technicians.
  • Prepare shift rosters and ensure skill development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and training programs
  • Maintain daily operation logs and maintenance records.
  • Prepare MIS reports on utility performance, breakdowns, and costs.

Qualification: Diploma /B.Tech Mechanical

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
