Role & responsibilities Develop and finalize Heat & Mass Balance Diagrams (HMBD), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Define and review Control Philosophy, equipment sizing, and material specifications. Analyze project requirements and integrate vendor inputs and historical data into final process documents. Support and guide the team in calculating utility consumption, equipment loads, and flue gas treatment systems (ESP, bag filter, FGD units). Review basic sizing of purchase equipment and evaluate layout drawings with associated load data and tie-point information. Vendor Management/Vendor documentation/Vendor selection Project Support and coordination Preferred candidate profile 8-12 years of experience in process engineering for thermal power, boiler systems Strong knowledge of Boiler Auxiliaries, WTP, Cooling Towers, Condenser Systems, and Air/Flue Gas Systems.
