About the Role Are you an experienced mechanical project professional looking to take full ownership of complex industrial projects? We are seeking a Project Manager who will lead the execution of industrial heating and boiler projects , ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and customer satisfaction. This is a challenging individual contributor role requiring strong coordination, execution, and communication skills across internal teams and client interfaces. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complete project execution from kickoff to commissioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality parameters to ensure smooth execution. Liaise with clients to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment. Handle project documentation, client approvals, delivery timelines, and variation claims. Ensure timely billing, delivery extension requests, and liquidated damage (LD) waiver submissions where applicable. Conduct internal and customer-facing kickoff meetings and review sessions. What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of project execution experience in industrial projects (preferably in Boilers, Distilleries, Power Plants, or Cogen plants). Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across levels. Solid understanding of engineering drawings, procurement cycles, and project contract terms. Hands-on experience in managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Working knowledge of project management tools is a plus. Preferred Background We’re looking for candidates who have worked in or handled projects related to: Boilers , Distilleries , Cogen/Power Plants , or similar industrial setups. Companies with strong EPC or industrial heating portfolios.
