Job Title: Sales Manager Boiler Division Location: Pune, India (with extensive travel across assigned regions) Experience: 5-10 years in industrial boiler sales, process heating solutions, or thermal equipment sales Job Overview: Raj Process Equipments & Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for our Boiler Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and developing strong client relationships in the food, distillery, chemical, pharma, textile, and energy sectors. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial boilers, steam generators, and thermal solutions. Target key industries like distilleries, food processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power plants, and manufacturing units. Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Market Expansion & Strategy Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market penetration. Handle government tenders, EPC contracts, and turnkey project sales. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide technical consultation, product presentations, and after-sales support. Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to customize solutions for clients. Coordination & Execution Work closely with procurement, finance, and logistics teams for smooth project execution. Represent Raj Process at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. Stay updated on government policies, emission norms, and industry regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering + MBA (preferred) Experience: 5-10 years in industrial boiler sales, process heating equipment, or thermal solutions Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of steam boilers, thermic fluid heaters, and process heating systems Sales Expertise: Proven track record in handling large industrial projects and technical sales Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus) Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across India
