As a skilled .NET Technical Lead with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for architecting and establishing base solutions for new projects, leading feature development, and building secure Web APIs using .NET 8+. Your role will involve a mix of hands-on development (60-70%) and team leadership (30-40%). In the development aspect (60-70%), you will be expected to lead feature development by conducting unit testing, QA release, and production deployment. You will also implement Entity Framework with Code First, migrations, and optimize LINQ. Additionally, you will contribute high-quality, well-documented code to the projects. In terms of team leadership (30-40%), you will mentor and support team members in overcoming technical challenges, conduct code reviews, peer testing, and manage pull requests. You will collaborate with client-side technical and business teams, lead agile ceremonies, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in .NET 8+, Web API development, Entity Framework, frontend experience with Angular or ReactJS, Azure services such as Web App, Container Apps, Azure SQL, ER diagramming, Microsoft Entra for authentication, unit testing using xUnit/NUnit, Moq/Bogus, code quality tools like SonarQube, experience with GIT operations and CI/CD pipelines, team collaboration and issue resolution, client-facing experience, proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, and familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodology. You should have hands-on experience in both monolithic and microservice architectures, with a minimum of 2 projects in each. Your ability to effectively lead and contribute to the technical aspects of projects, as well as your team leadership skills, will be vital in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.,
