Should be able to relate the engineering tolerances to various methodologies and strategies of assembly and fabrication. Expertise in aerospace manufacturing processes, assembly process planning, plant layout, cell manufacturing and ergonomics. Competent to plan and lead a value stream mapping of existing manufacturing process and identify improvement actions. Experience with simulation and modelling is highly desirable.
