Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal abilities are necessary. Attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the capacity to multitask and manage time efficiently are qualities we value. Moreover, familiarity with different body shapes and the capability to provide style recommendations tailored to individual preferences are key requirements. Any past experience in retail or fashion-related roles would be advantageous. While not mandatory, a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred for this position.
