Generate and maintain comprehensive reports for pre-load validation, post-load verification, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. Adhere to project deadlines, data quality benchmarks, and industry best practices in ETL development. Actively troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions to minimize data and process disruptions. Engage with business and technical stakeholders to clearly communicate requirements, updates, and technical challenges. Participate in peer code reviews, documentation efforts, and knowledge transfer initiatives to foster continuous team improvement.
