We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Salon Manager** to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of client service, operational efficiency, and staff management. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning. * Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews. * Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve complaints promptly. * Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are consistently maintained. * Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment. * Drive sales, promotional activities, and achieve monthly revenue targets. * Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and staff attendance. Requirements: * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in salon or spa management. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. * Knowledge of beauty & wellness industry trends. * Proficiency in MS Office & POS systems (preferred).
